"I was training with Daaf for about 9 months. I strongly believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the personal one-on-one session. Daaf is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). Few months later, people started asking me “who do you trained with?” The result speaks for itself! :D My fitness has increased noticeably, and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I look forward to my workouts. He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. In every session, he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
